st999 Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and st999 ("st999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the st999 website located at https://st999.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

st999 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming license. The platform is made available to eligible players, including English-speaking users based in Pakistan, subject to the eligibility conditions set out in Section 2 below.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the st999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on st999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

st999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on st999 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. st999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device;
• Notify st999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

st999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. Any activity carried out through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised and binding.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on st999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). st999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment methods:

Deposits made using payment methods not listed above will not be credited and may be subject to return charges. st999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that has been previously used for deposits on your account, unless otherwise approved in writing by st999 customer support. st999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

st999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, st999 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

st999 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotion page, which supplement these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all st999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated individually per promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the st999 platform. They have no cash equivalent unless explicitly converted through the completion of stated wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or exchanged.
• st999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in to a bonus will not have its terms changed retroactively.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated play strategies to reduce risk artificially while meeting wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on st999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports betting market. These rules are accessible within each game interface and on the relevant sports betting pages. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

General betting rules applicable across the st999 platform:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet placed but not confirmed — for example due to a connection interruption — is not a valid wager and will not be settled.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, st999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and other cricket competitions — are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body. st999 does not accept liability for result disputes arising from officiating decisions.
• st999 reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player account at any time.
• Winnings from slot games, live dealer tables, and instant games are paid out according to the pay table and RTP specifications published for each respective game.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the st999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in game software or the platform — any such exploit must be reported to st999 immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the st999 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other account process;
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens st999 staff or other users via the live chat or any other communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the st999 platform or its underlying software.

st999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigating suspected fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activity. Account information and transaction data may be disclosed to the relevant authorities where legally required.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the st999 platform — including but not limited to the st999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of st999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the st999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any st999 content without prior written consent;
• Use the st999 brand, logo, or trademarks in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on st999 platform content;
• Use st999 content for any commercial purpose, including advertising or marketing for any third-party product or service.

9 Privacy & Data

st999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and available at st999.pro/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

st999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required or necessary to provide the st999 service. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the st999 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Losses resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond st999's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from reliance on incorrect odds, prices, or information displayed due to a technical error that has been subsequently corrected.

The st999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. st999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

In all cases where st999 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of st999 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your st999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your st999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining PKR balance (net of any pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.

st999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• st999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform;
• You have provided false information during registration or verification;
• You have opened multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule;
• Continuation of your account would expose st999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You have become ineligible to use the platform under the conditions set out in Section 2.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, st999 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full and reported to the relevant authorities.

12 Responsible Gaming

st999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending;

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which st999 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to st999 customer support for resolution via the internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of escalation, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under st999's licensing framework. st999 will cooperate fully with any such process.

You agree that any dispute will be dealt with on an individual basis. Class action proceedings or consolidated claims involving multiple unrelated players are not permitted under this Agreement.

14 Amendments to These Terms

st999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, st999 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the st999 platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter the substance of the Agreement, or updates required by applicable law — may be made without advance notice.

st999 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you retain the right to refer the matter to the relevant external dispute resolution body as described in Section 13.
